Lichess game imports (initiated by you)

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you
We do not use advertising networks
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing

4. Third-Party Services

Google OAuth — used for authentication only. We receive your email and display name. We do not access other Google data.
Lichess API — used only when you explicitly import your games. We fetch game data on your behalf using the public Lichess API.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices, including hashed passwords and access-controlled databases.

6. Your Rights

Export — you can export your game data as PGN files at any time
Delete — you can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us
Access — you can request a copy of all data we hold about you
Correction — you can update your profile information at any time

7. Cookies

We use session cookies only, required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or any form of cross-site tracking.

8. Children

Blueth Chess is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
